I am so glad that you are here.
It has been my pleasure to spend many years in the intellectual pursuit of what makes human beings happy and whole. The opportunity to exercise my knowledge in my corporate career and daily work has been a blessing that I’ve consistently worked towards. It has brought me to the conclusion that we cannot generalize what makes all human beings happy; however, there are some common themes that we all share!
My Whole-person Journey
1
I spent my early 20’s working incredibly hard to make sure I was “making the right moves” for my professional development. This was something I felt like “I had to” do, as I was building my life in the United States from the ground up. I overcame a lot of hardship and pain in those early days, and consequently, started my Coaching and Consulting Practice as a side hustle (which was known back then as Sam Dias Consulting), so I could help and empower others with everything that I had learned from my experiences.

As I embarked into my 30’s and I felt more established in my professional path, I started to understand myself, on a deeper level. My own inner work began. I questioned what I really believed about life and success, collaborated with Licensed Professional Counselors and Coaches on the path towards healing childhood and adult trauma, focused on my faith and spiritual practices, and navigated many changes. I discovered more about who and what made me happy and learned how to direct my energy towards what aligned with my core values and ultimately, my unique life goals and strengths.
This was an incredibly difficult journey which taught me the importance of Holistic Wellness. I do not believe that there is an end to this healing process… I am constantly learning more about myself and the world around me, and I am evolving, even as you read this.

The word “Holistic Wellness” might bring up images of creative Youtube videos of healthy diets or recipes – although that is part of it, in it’s entirety, the word “Holistic” entails the fact that we as humans – are beautiful, complex beings, with many interconnections within us. How we take care of those interconnections – our mind, heart, body, and soul – determines the depth to which we can be healthy, happy, and whole.

Bringing it all together, in service of others
“For many years, Whole Person Institute focused solely on helping clients attain a specific career goal or business outcome. As I grew in my own journey of taking care of my own mind, heart, body, and soul, I have incorporated concepts of Holistic Wellness, Nervous System Regulation, and the Psychology of Happiness to better serve my clients and make a more meaningful impact in their lives and organizations, in this uncertain post-pandemic economy.
I hope this inspires you to take one more step in your Whole Person Transformation.”
Warmly,
~ Sam
